New Tires I needed new tires for my Colorado worked with Tire Rack and Ferman. Less than 48 hours from ordering tires to driving out of Ferman with them on. I don't think you can expect any better than that!! I did not have to pay for any shipping cost. Ferman took about an hour to get tires on truck. It was great service!! More

Recall work completed, now a/c not working Brought my 2015 Silverado in at 9 am for recall work on brake module. Told me 30 minute job on the phone, so I waited. Was there for over an hour. Brought my 2015 Silverado in at 9 am for recall work on brake module. Told me 30 minute job on the phone, so I waited. Was there for over an hour. It was a cool day, so the a/c never kicked on the rest of that day. Next day it was a lot warmer, but my a/c suddenly didn't blow cold air. Called service desk and they told me the two issues weren't related, but that they'd "be happy to take a look at it." I'm sure they would be. Turns out there are a lot of complaints about the shoddy condensers Chevy used on these models, but no recall notice past 30k warranty. More

Simple oil change Had an appointment for oil change. Took 2 hours and told me my tires were bald which they were not. Kept trying to sell me other stuff. Too pushy Had an appointment for oil change. Only area for improvement would be the waiting area- food crumbs scattered on table, chair, and floor.
