Oil change and tire rotation Went in for oil change and tire rotation service. Had brake service at another dealership in New York for excessive pedal travel. As we came to Florid Went in for oil change and tire rotation service. Had brake service at another dealership in New York for excessive pedal travel. As we came to Florida, it seems like the pedal travel was getting worse again. After the oil and tire service, the brakes are back to being normal. I never said anything to the service manager, but something was done to the brakes. Thank You for the unexpected service! More

Service preformed on our truck Was met by Rick Hicks, he went got truck we wanted to see. Looked it over, bought it. Never any problem, all Was well. Drove truck home went to davenport Fl . 100 mile trip one way returning home code light comes on. Called Monday a/m Shannon Smit our service writer sets a appointment then , waited few hours, cleared and checked the truck all over. Left then code light back on, Shannon set me up with a truck, couple weeks later , take your truck back drive mine home , just a matter of miles code light again, Shannon set me up with same truck I had before,that was cool. Another couple weeks picked mine up on 3/28/2019. All seems good , I feel fine with it. Your service writer Shannon has been a pleasure to deal with all this through out. A great Dealership to have on our side. Shannon needs to be recognized for her professional care to customers. More
I got ripped off I bring my car in because the check engine light was coming on. I get a phone call the next day and Tony tells me that there are a few things wrong wi I bring my car in because the check engine light was coming on. I get a phone call the next day and Tony tells me that there are a few things wrong with it. He says that the opti spark and the wires need to be replaced first and then they can see if the oxygen sensor needs to be replaced. I stopped by to see what was going on. Tony says let’s go over and find out. The technician was out test driving the car. He comes back and gets out of the car and says the check engine light was still on and he wasn’t going any further. So he did the gravy work that needed to be done to see if the oxygen sensor was bad and now he can’t check it out. So $1500 dollars later my car is exactly like it was when I brought it in. I don’t like being ripped off and that’s what happened. You should also teach your technicians how to talk in front of customers. More
Great Service! I arrived for my service and I greeted by Shannon who was friendly and curtious. I was alearted if a recall on my vehicle, which I was not aware of, T I arrived for my service and I greeted by Shannon who was friendly and curtious. I was alearted if a recall on my vehicle, which I was not aware of, Tom told me it would only add about 30 minuets to my service and they could take care if it while I was there. Tom told me with this added service of the recall I should still be out within 2 hours, I was only there for about a hour and a half so I was happy with that. Billy Monteverde asked me how my visit was, that surprised me that management would talk to me about a routine maintnace visit. These people care about their customers! More
