During my visit at the service office I have had trouble with the staff not helping me with my issues being sarcastic and rude and they are all flat out unreliable. Two trips instead of one My truck had a recall. Ferman called me about it and I set up an appointment only to discover the part was not there (after they had my truck for 3 h My truck had a recall. The second appointment went much better and they even washed my car but big deal .... I could wash my car in 20 minutes. I asked for a discount on the next oil change for the waste of my time ... my offer was another free car wash. Not acceptable. Very poor first impression. I will say the people were very pleasant on both visits. More
