long and overlooked arrived 15 min early for oil change and rotation that being 1:00. Had to wait till2:40 to get car,excessive time for oil and rotation with appointment arrived 15 min early for oil change and rotation that being 1:00. My battery died in my driveway. Had a dead battery. Called AAA got a boost and made it to Ferman. Rob Marchido took it from there and I was in and out in record time.
