Tony was a very unprofessional service advisor. I had my truck in the shop waiting on parts for a month. Tony never called to give me any updates, I would have to constantly call him. Tony gave me price and when I came to pick up my truck it was $800 more with no explanation or call . Before this I called Tony 3 times trying to make a payment and pick up my vehicle on a Sunday when service was closed, he never returned my phone calls. Its been a week and still no call from Tony to explain the markup of $800 and to see if the truck was operating ok. This will be the last time I deal with him or this dealership unless there is an issue with the work they did. More

Dropped off my car with around 2,500 miles for a bad battery, they kept my car for over 2 days and then tell me they also have to replace the radio. Didn't offer to set the new radio, didn't bother to c battery, they kept my car for over 2 days and then tell me they also have to replace the radio.
