It's a busy dealership. But they got my oul changed in a reasonable amount of time. Didn't check my tires at first, so had to wait for them to do that, but it was quick. Waited 2 weeks for appointment, truck sat for an hour before being looked at. Only needed headlight which they knew and had all the information about the truck before hand.
