Ferman Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM Tampa delivered what they promised. Since I went up a size and not knowing what to expect, I had questions. Karl was my point of contact and he was great. He explained everything to me without making me feel incompetent. I know what I was asking, most people with this kind of vehicle would have known before they walked in the door but Karl made me feel like it was a normal question.
