Brought my truck in for service. Axel, my Service Advisor, was great. I requested an oil change, tire rotation, and balance, and replacement of the serpentine belt. Best used car buying experience ever! My salesman, Gheorghe Donici answered all my questions on the phone and described the car perfectly. He also sent me a Carfax that I requested, immediately after our phone call. When we arrived at the dealership, an hour and a quarter drive, he had the car ready to see and drive. It turned out to be as good or better than we expected. We went for a test drive (which was excellent) and made the deal to purchase the Charger. There was no back and forth with managers necessary, we just dealt directly with Gheorghe. He is knowledgeable, professional, very pleasant and easy to work with. I highly recommend Gheorghe and Ferman Chrysler Jeep Dodge for your next vehicle buying experience. More
