Bad experience with online check in Online check in price for my jeep with my vin # from an email sent to me from Ferman was $59.95 and $10 coupon to check in online. When I go to pick Online check in price for my jeep with my vin # from an email sent to me from Ferman was $59.95 and $10 coupon to check in online. When I go to pickup with a 25+ min wait at the counter I was helped by Anthony and the price was $118... I showed him my email and he didn't want to honor it he said my Jeep needs synthetic oil and it's $89 for just the oil. I told him to ask his manager because they sent the email to me with the prices and coupon. He said he could probably do the price but not the coupon. I asked why not and showed him my email and there link where I did this and also saw on his computer my estimate with the 59.95 on the screen. He went to the manager and came back with the quoted price and told me to know for next time the price of synthetic oil is $89. I told him not to send emails with wrong pricing and being able to schedule appointments with wrong prices for my Jeep. I never got an I'm sorry for the confusion or anything... he made me feel like I was stealing from him... also my appointment was with Kevin but he was not there when I dropped off or picked up. More

Quick oil change and tire rotation I came in at 7:20 thinking that was my scheduled appointment but found out quickly that it was actually scheduled for 8:20.
