Waste my time I brought my car in twice for the same issue just to be told Rico never even ordered the parts. So it will take three visits, one of them having to take the day off of work to get two small cover parts for console. Severe lack of communication and disorganization. More

Painless Process I researched the truck I wanted on the website and confirmed it was available via email. When I arrived, they had the truck ready for a test drive. I had credit union pricing and financing secured ahead of time so it was just a matter of paperwork. I was driving off the lot after about 3 hours. I would have preferred less than a 2 hour turnaround and I was not willing to fill out the credit app that was presented but overall not as painful as previous experiences. More

Way too long for oil change and alignment. We waited nearly 2 1/2 hours fir an oil change and alignment. When we arrived our service advisor told us it would be an 1 1/2. After an hour and 40 m We waited nearly 2 1/2 hours fir an oil change and alignment. When we arrived our service advisor told us it would be an 1 1/2. After an hour and 40 minutes passed we went to them service advisor. We were assured that our car was next out. We waited an additional 40 minutes. Our service advisor never called or went to see what the hold up was. We were told that the lounge had soft drinks, donuts, coffee etc. Thr soft drinks didn’t work, the iced tea was warm and not very good and there were no donuts. Many employees went through the area but none noted these issues. I went to look in the showroom, I opened a car door and read the spec sheet. Never was I approached or spoken to. More

not attentive left access panel to the break fluid reservoir off which was lying lose under the hood, also tightened the lug nuts with a impact wrench and standard left access panel to the break fluid reservoir off which was lying lose under the hood, also tightened the lug nuts with a impact wrench and standard impact socket and I had to use a 2 foot breaker bar to get them lose (supposed to use a torque socket when using an impact wrench ) This review has nothing to do with the service rep Jason, he has always done a great job for us More
