Brake and tire warning lights on. Replacing tire sensors recommended and followed through. Unfortunately this did not fix the brake light issue. Everyone scratching their head since no issue with brakes or tires. Was recommended to take vehicle to Mitsubishi dealership/service. I was assured that my vehicle was safe to drive. Just have to say that Steve went above and beyond his job duties to accommodate me and I would definitely ask for him again!!
I took my Wrangler in for service. Steve knew what was wrong immediately and they were able to replace my wheel speed sensor while I waited. Very nice people. I'm new to the area and feel lucky that I might have found a dealership I like so soon.
Jamie Kissinger was on top of the U65 recall, and had a total service check on my Grand Cherokee performed, Jamie's professional explanation of all the woes and wonders of my vehicle educated me in the absolute requirement of preventative maintenance.
Oleg and the rest of the crew there at Ferman were excellent. They all helped us, and let us test drive the various vehicles until we were able to make our decision. We wound up purchasing a 2018 Jeep Wrangler which has been great! We now have approximately 3,000 miles on it!
My 2012 Ram had a clunk noise. It was hard to determine cause, Jamie at service desk took care of me on cost to get to the bottom of it. You can't get that at a mom n pop shop, this was my 3rd dealing with them, and they have been extremely fair, upfront, and honest. I'm going to bring my Rams here for now on. Jamie was great. Once again this service center has over done themselves. Took my car in for service only to find out my service advisor was on vacation, Jason Logue jumped right in to help and had my car in and out in no time. He kept me informed every step of the way.
