He took the time to read up on how things worked in the car before I got there, which was very impressive. Such a nice, professional and courteous person. You will very pleased with your experience in picking out your vehicle. Next comes the financing. Robert Packard, Director of Finance. Wow!! I literally sat in a chair while he made sure I got the best financing deal, which included extending warranty and gap insurance. I now get to enjoy my beautiful new car without worrying about maintenance or service issues. He makes the experience fun and not nerve wrecking. He does the worrying for you. I can honestly say, my 4 hour drive to this establishment was worth every minute and I will NEVER go anywhere else for a car purchase again.
