Wow! A dealership like no other! After visiting with 4 other dealerships, I really didn't want to talk to another one, but I still had not found the vehicle that I really wanted. During my searches on the internet, I found that Ferman Chrysler Jeep Dodge of New Port Richey had a vehicle that I was very interested in. However, they were 2 1/2 hours from where I lived. Well after visiting 4 different dealerships locally and being tired of their games and not having what I really wanted, I decided to call Ferman Chrysler Jeep Dodge of New Port Richey. I really didn't expect favorable results from that phone call but I was so pleasantly surprised. I told them what I was looking for and that they had a vehicle that fit the bill and I just needed their out the door price and that's what I got. There were no games, no hemming and hawing, no well let me see what I can do and call you back. Right over the phone, they gave me a GREAT price. Followed up with an email to confirm the price and we moved ahead. Financing called that evening to get started with their paperwork. I drove to Ferman the next morning to finalize the paperwork and drive my new vehicle home. When I arrived, Raymond made me feel right at home. It was such a pleasure to visit with him while they processed my trade-in. Then it was Scott's turn to finish up the financial end. Again, everything was exactly as we agreed and again, it was a pleasure visiting with him. After my poor experiences with all the other dealerships in Orlando, dealing with Ferman Chrysler Jeep Dodge of New Port Richey was such a breath of fresh air. I will recommend them to everyone and when I'm in the market for a vehicle, I will skip the Orlando dealerships and go directly to Ferman. Thank you guys! More

When all was said and done, I had a vehicle that I wanted and the price committed in the Jeep advertisement. I couldn't be more pleased with the sales help. Also, and as usual, there is a lot of paperwork when trading an older vehicle. But the value I received and the help from Scott Poth, the finance manger made the deal and paperwork go through smoothly. The car was also exactly what the ad said it was in the description. I had a great sales associate in Chris Muniz that made the buy very comfortable and smooth. He also provided a Carfax for my car and a detailed list of problems the car had that they had fixed before putting it up for sale. I also had the option to take it to a mechanic if I wanted. He worked with my spending budget and when all was said and done I was very pleased. Scott Poth the finance manager made things quick and easy with my financing. Before I left Chris gave me his card and told me to call him anytime if I had any question or issues. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle! More
