One of my best dealership experiences I have had my 2015 Focus in for warranty work twice a couple of months apart and both times I was treated professionally, courteously and I felt like I have had my 2015 Focus in for warranty work twice a couple of months apart and both times I was treated professionally, courteously and I felt like they were really concerned about my repair.  Since they were warranty repairs I was given a loaner and I was kept informed of the progress of my repair.  Veron assisted me the first time and Dennis the second time.  Both gentlemen were very pleasant to work with.  Dennis in particular went out of his way to assist me and to make sure I was completely happy after the work was completed. It was a complicated repair but it was done very thoroughly. It took longer than expected due to waiting for parts but I had a 2017 Fusion as a loaner so I wasn't complaining.  I would recommend their repair shop to anyone.  I have not had experience with their sales dept., but I did chew the fat with Joe Rogers while waiting for my car and he was laid back and very nice.  I would recommend him to anyone in the market for a car. More

Extremely down to earth,professional,knowledgeable,funny,and charming.The truck was detailed front to back top to bottom and gased up. He made our day! My husband loves his new truck!
