Surprisingly, it is still difficult to buy a car even when these factors are met when you are buyer looking for a good price. Ferman, set me up with Demetrios, our sales rep, who showed me the truck I was interested in. He was knowledgeable about the product I was looking at, answered all of my questions and pointed out some additional selling points about the vehicle. Demetrios was honest with me, which was refreshing. I asked him some point blank questions and he gave me straight answers. I was comfortable with the price before I got to the dealership. When I saw the truck I was comfortable with it, but the dealership still had to earn my business and Demetrios did that in a big way. The rest of the process went as smooth as you could ever hope for. Everyone we came into contact with was pleasant, polite, and genuinely friendly. We live in Tallahassee, Florida and made the trip down to look at competitively priced models. I would make the trip again in a heartbeat again to work with this team. More

After looking through the lot (and we were not hassled by a sales person which I liked) we went into the showroom where we were immediately assisted and turned over to Demetrios Mina. He was incredibly professional, but at the same time, related to me and my daughter very well. He offered up the right car for my daughter given her financial parameters and she left two hours later with a 2015 Mazda 6 which is a GREAT car!! My little girl was VERY happy!! And then, I (Dad) saw a few vehicles I liked and my 2003 Dodge Ram pickup was ready to be traded. Demetrios helped me out and I purchased a 2014 Ford Explorer XLT. Demetrios truly worked incredibly hard and smart and I was out of the dealership within two hours after my daughter left.
