We followed our Service Writer, Beth Petty, from a St Pete Ford dealership. Best decision ever. We still have her taking care of our 2020 Fusion. Added to that, we have the benefits of Ferman's driver te Pete Ford dealership. Best decision ever. We still have her taking care of our 2020 Fusion. Added to that, we have the benefits of Ferman's driver team. They all coordinated picking up my car in the morning and returning it to me in the afternoon...at no charge! Thanks to Beth, Tony, Chris and Dave!! And they updated me continually from start to finish!! More

Very helpful with all my needs and work with my extended warranty company. Tires were actually cheaper here with the special they had running. Oil change was almost same as outside mechanic. Everyone was nice, but I’m not giving them 5 stars because I was told the car came with 2 set of keys, I even signed a document stating that the car came with 2 set of keys, the sales person Joe told because I was told the car came with 2 set of keys, I even signed a document stating that the car came with 2 set of keys, the sales person Joe told me he would work on that and get me the 2nd key. After the 3rd message to Joe I never received a response. I know a second set a key is something small, but the dishonesty is what bothered me. More
