Olta, our service advisor was very knowledgeable and helpful. Our service was done in a timely manner. Our only complaint was that the mechanic that worked on our vehicle left grease marks on our drive helpful. Our service was done in a timely manner. Our only complaint was that the mechanic that worked on our vehicle left grease marks on our drivers side floor mat and on the outside of the vehicle near the fuel door and on the rear passenger side door. I didn’t get the service done. I was told couple hours. I was walking around and saw my truck sitting out back. Looked like not touched. So I went and asked because now it’s been one hour and 10 minutes. He was walking around and saw my truck sitting out back. Looked like not touched. So I went and asked because now it’s been one hour and 10 minutes. He went and checked and was told at least another two hours. Sorry but I was heading north. So couldn’t have done it. More

Service Department is great! William Pannier provides first class customer service! Staff is helpful & Friendly. My 2020F150 had a massive water leak- had about 800 miles on it. Service department fixe first class customer service! Staff is helpful & Friendly. My 2020F150 had a massive water leak- had about 800 miles on it. I was hesitant to go to a Ford dealership in the next county when there is another dealership MUCH closer. Ferman Ford had the exact vehicle I was looking for!
