Ferman Ford was recommended to me by a friend when the engine light came on in my Transit. I was able to get in almost right away and the issue was diagnosed and resolved while I waited. There was also an engine light came on in my Transit. I was able to get in almost right away and the issue was diagnosed and resolved while I waited. There was also an issue with a CD sticking in the player and Jeff and his team got that diagnosed, part ordered, and taken care of within the week! It could have been even faster if my schedule had permitted me to come back! Thanks Jeff! More
