Replace all wheel drive differential This was done some time ago i did write a review then but the computer prompted me to do this again so i am !! The guys at Ferman ford are the BEST !! After a tow truck towed my truck wrongly they had to rebulid my all wheel drive diff and they had to have the part manufactured at Ford !!! who gets this kind of service??? WEALTHY ? CONNECTED? BEAUTIFUL??? nope just me ...WOW the truck feels just like brand new and here it is some moths later and i am totally happy with their work i can't say enough about the service at Ferman ...GO THERE , GET SERVICE THERE , once you see how they handle your car ,you will want them to sell you a new one as they are that confident ,friendly and knowledgeable More

Had the oil change and new windshield wipers. This was a better service than my last. No hidden fees, no work done without my authorization and me being informed. Last time I came to Ferman they missed up my car and I try to contact the service manager but I can ,first they Scratch my hood and they don’t do the break job as well my car start smoking from the front try to contact the service manager but I can ,first they Scratch my hood and they don’t do the break job as well my car start smoking from the front trie and the rear one , Ilya she was super helpful and I know it’s not her fault , after that camren took my car and he give one of your car , so after 5 days I got my car back but every time they get my car back I find other problem , now my car act soo heavy and I have to push more gas more than the normal plus my steering wheel it’s little heavy too not like before , you know I feel like some one pulled me back when I drive , so I don’t know what to do now More
