They took care of me I have an Escape that I bought Aug 31 with 0 mileage. By 5000 miles I knew there was a problem. As soon as they determined there was an issue they assigned me a loaner Explorer. I had this loaner for 3 weeks while mine was in the shop. William took great care of me, calling me often with updates. I felt comfortable leaving my vehicle in his hands. Not William’s fault but a couple of days after picking my vehicle up my TPMS light flipped on. Turns out all 4 of my tires had loose valve caps and had between 20-28 psi. I also suspect my alignment is just a tad off BuT they did a ton of work and everything else is perfect. I bought my Escape from Rick, as I have purchased several other vehicles from him. He always takes care of me. I follow him and will always buy from him. More
Dropped my car off on Sunday night for 7am Monday appointment. I asked for updates at 10,11,12 1 o’clock with no response, I needed information to make plans to go to work at 4.
