We love our Service Advisor, Jeff Vuncannon (and his Tech Team), and trust them to keep our Escape in great performance condition. We also take advantage of their Superior Customer Service perks, including a Courtesy Shuttle to the area shopping mall as we await completion of our scheduled maintenance. I took my Explorer in because my rear passenger tire kept slowly losing air. I got a quick appointment and they took the car in even when I was early. Fix it!!! Really Poor Service Experience Poor communication with me, No solid answers, Finally gave up and went to a different Ford dealer to try and get my issue resolved with a 2019 Fusion Poor communication with me, No solid answers, Finally gave up and went to a different Ford dealer to try and get my issue resolved with a 2019 Fusion Fleet Car. First the check engine light turned into a new motor. Several weeks later when returned there was no heat and it had shorted out and died on the way, had to be towed. Returned to me with still no heat and took back They replaced T stat and heat sensor but they did not fix the issue. After several days of waiting for a diagnosis I gave up and picked up the car which by the way was very dirty inside and took it to a different dealer to dagnose. More
