Dealer would not even attempt to cover the brake light when it was factory seal and light that was leaking truck has less than warranty left. Also purchased certified preown warranty when bought it from f when it was factory seal and light that was leaking truck has less than warranty left. Also purchased certified preown warranty when bought it from ford. Also when Service tech first called she quoted $135.xx for “circuit” when questioned her she called me back and told me it was fuse and only $30.xx. Big difference in parts and service. When addressed it with service manager was offered to work with cost on part. I asked if bought new truck rolled it off lot and it leaked around window would it be covered was told yes. I said ok here is truck with that problem, only then excuses as to why it wasn’t covered. Won’t go back will take to another ford dealership More

William is always ready to get my truck back on the road as soon as possible. Still smells like smoke after sitting in the sun for a short time, that ozone might get out less offensive odors however it's n as soon as possible.
