Ford customer support suggested I try Ferman Ford Countryside. I was amazed when I was scheduled in just 7 days. I arrived on time to find service rep Dennis ready for my arrival with all the needed information in hand. He was friendly and compassionate. He gave me a good estimate on how long the job would take and made sure I was comfortably settled in the waiting room while the service was performed. The time estimate was spot on and I was soon on my way. I could not ask for a better experience. More
