Bad, bad service experiences with new follow up While the sales experience at Ferman was positive, friendly and efficient, the recent service experiences have been far less than satisfactory. After two consecutive bad service experiences I asked to have someone competent and in authority to call me to get my truck properly serviced. Five days later I still had not received a call back. Requested another call from someone in charge so let's see how long it takes to get any response to this second request for help. More
