Great service!! it’s nice to have a great experience with the service on my vehicle. When I arrived at the service bay I was greeted by a polit gentleman who showed it’s nice to have a great experience with the service on my vehicle. When I arrived at the service bay I was greeted by a polit gentleman who showed me to my service man William . William was knowledgeable and took his time to hear my concerns . Ford had to order parts in for my expedition so he set me up in a loaner vehicle so that I could go on with my normal work day and return the next day when service was completed without being inconvenienced by not having a vehicle to drive. I would recommend Ferman Ford and My service tech William to all my friends and family. I hope he gets some recognition for his good customer service. More

Easy Peasy Took my car in for an oil change, dropped it off and a shuttle was waiting to drive me home!
