Lied to I was told my company truck needed rear brakes and rotors and front brakes would need to be replaced soon. The company I work for asked me to pull the wheels and check the brakes myself so I did. Rear brakes were fine and so were all the rotors. Front brakes were almost metal on metal tho.. they did fix my check engine light and air bag light.. took 3 days tho. More

DOOR SAFETY RECALL and HEAD UNIT BUTTONS STICKING. I wouldn't specifically put any blame on Cameron,I'm not going to do that. I was told the safety recall and buttons on my dash would be fixed in 6 hrs,so I just let them have it the whole day.It took a WEEK.ONE WEEK.I called the service department was told Id get a call back,never did.I txtd the number given to me,No response.And the buttons are still sticking.I brought it there twice or three times for that I think?still the same since the day I bought it.They need to just put a completely new head unit in without me paying for anything. They told me I could do that later if I wanted when I bought the truck,that was a lie. Stains on the my seats just bled through even after 2 steam cleanings.I regret ever buying the truck honestly. More

Even with just an oil change the service department inspects the entire vehicle. I’m very pleased with the service and all the employees I have dealt with are pleasant and professional. More

I called to say the car was stalling, and no one in the service dept asked me how I would be gett Upon drop off of my car the poor service commenced. I called to say the car was stalling, and no one in the service dept asked me how I would be getting my car over for service. I called Triple A and they came and jumped me so I could drop it off. I eventually got the vehicle back saying it was all good to go. Same day, the car stalled again. Once again no one from Ford offered to pick the car up, I called Triple A and had it towed in for service. The service manager did not return my calls and the lack of caring and pride in service is apparent from the way they went about repairing my vehicle. I have many choices and will choose a different dealership when replacing my Escape and my Transit Connect-both purchased new from Countryside/Ferman Ford. Your service dept is going to kill your sales. At no time since did I get a follow up or any other call from Ford. I can give you dates and times of the number of calls I made to follow up on the first repair as well as the 2nd repair. Had I not been pro-active I may still be driving a loaner. Great place I bought my 2015 Mazda CX-5 from here. Now the sales guy (I can't even remember his name) I had was worthless, but that didn't matter because I has a I bought my 2015 Mazda CX-5 from here. Now the sales guy (I can't even remember his name) I had was worthless, but that didn't matter because I has a broker that found my car, handled all the bull that comes with the car buying experience. Once I got past that, I got a great buy! I bought the car with some body damage the dealership said they would fix. Once I got to the "behind the scenes" crew I was handled like royalty!! From the body shop to the service department and even the car rental. Special thanks to David and Kristina. I've had the car for a year now. Before my Mazda, I would never take my car to the dealer for anything. These guy changed my outlook on Dealers. They are now the only ones that ever touch my car and they handle it with great care, as well as means my family. I'm just blown away by this team!! More
