Don't want to be unfair if it is normal, but seems slow to me. I could've gotten a courtesy ride home and gotten other things done over those 5 hours. Associate Dennis McBride seems a nice enough fellow, but I sure wish he'd kept track of my wait with updates. Would recommend this service center only with warning about time More
