I was greeted and escorted to the right area immediately where my service From the beginning to end my experience was both professional and excellent. I was greeted and escorted to the right area immediately where my service guy, William Pannier, took over and helped get my vehicle checked in. I was in for oil change, tire rotation, etc., but he noticed our check engine light was on and the engine sounded rough. He told me he was concerned and would make sure it was looked at - and it was. Check out was just as easy, and William was very kind and chatted with me while we waited for my vehicle to pull up. I was then escorted out and another Ford employee (I can’t remember his name) ooened my car door for me and I was on my way. Excellent service! I left saying to myself, what a great group of guys....... More
