Transmission/AC issue Got a work in order on a Saturday. My vehicle is acting like it’s not shifting gears like it’s stuck in 4 wheel drive. Also asked about AC Relay becau Got a work in order on a Saturday. My vehicle is acting like it’s not shifting gears like it’s stuck in 4 wheel drive. Also asked about AC Relay because my AC has to be on 4 full blast to work. Cameron called me said there was a problem with my AC repairs under hood would be $792 to fix. Wasn’t what I asked about but whatever. He called me back at 4pm said they put Diagnostic machine on vehicle no errrors. It’s 4pm and we have to move on from this cuz we close at 5pm. If you want we can have you drive with a technician on Monday to see if we can recreate problem but again we close at 5pm come get your vehicle. So I was there at 7am Monday morning to pick it up $139 and No Problem Solved. Vehicle did same thing on way to work today. I was disturbed by the we have to Move on comment like I was crazy. Won’t go here again and I even test drove a car was thinking of buying a new one but Cameron’s comment changed my mind on that too. I’ve had my vehicle for 10 years I know there is a problem just because your computer didn’t say so doesn’t mean that’s the word of God. More
