I normally go to tarpon for service. However er, for a simple oil change it was a3 week wait. 2 week at Clearwater. Service at Clearwater was fine. During the initial call to replace the sharkfin antenna on my wife’s car I was told that it would take about 20 minutes and I was transferred to parts to buy the part. He asked me if I wanted it painted o on my wife’s car I was told that it would take about 20 minutes and I was transferred to parts to buy the part. He asked me if I wanted it painted or not, I said painted to match. The next appointment was 8 days out, and I accepted it. When I got to the dealership I was advised it would take 3 hours. Long story short, it took 4 days. The dealer rep did adjust my bill for which I was pleased. But why buy another car from this dealer if I can’t get an appointment when needed? More
