We also have a 06 convertible but never used the service dept as it was out of warrantee, but with this we have changed our tune and will be back for all our Mini needs. More

Much improved service department. I called and had my mini picked up and serviced. It was delivered and was washed and vacuumed and for a $25.00 charge. I had to lie, indicating drop off, in order to get an appointment. I am bothered by the need to lie. What was my maintenance problem? I had an exterior blub warning, replacement of the antenna and gas cap. Definitely not major repair issues. I live in Tampa and arrived at your service center prepared to turn around and drive to another dealership. I purchased my first Mini from you in 2005 and now drive a 2012 because I wanted a different color. So far all my purchases and maintenance has been with you. Do something about your web scheduler.
