Everytime I bring my car here for something I leave with a new problem that your employees just shrug at. Came for an oil change and brake fluid but when inspecting my rear brakes, which I didn’t ask for yo a new problem that your employees just shrug at. Came for an oil change and brake fluid but when inspecting my rear brakes, which I didn’t ask for you told me they were good but somehow before I could drive home the sensor stopped working saying I needed new brakes asap. I brought it back for your people to say my brakes are good but I need to replace the sensor. I did not. I’m done coming here. You break something every time. More

I recently had a great experience with the service department at Mini. Matthew, my service advisor took great care of me and my vehicle when I brought it in for service. This is a 2026 mini and besi department at Mini. Matthew, my service advisor took great care of me and my vehicle when I brought it in for service. This is a 2026 mini and besides my norma once a year service, I had an intermittent vibration in my steering wheel at higher speeds. Matthew immediately put me in a loaner and contacted Mini corporate for a resolution. My steering wheel rack was replaced under warranty, and MIni had me back on the road quickly. They even delivered my car and picked up the loaner, even though I live over an hour away. This was great service. More
