I cant recommend Ferman Mini highly enough! I have had my mini in for service a number of times, and have always been very impressed. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Charles was wonderful in October when my Mini had an engine issue, getting everything taken care of quickly and for less than expected. And Denise was fantastic at my last visit, making special arrangements to accommodate my work schedule, and getting everything done on time and under budget! I love my Mini and wouldn’t take it anywhere else for service!

"Always treated well. "

When I walk in, the service coordinators call me by name. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Example is today. Made an appointment for loose fasteners in drivers door. I got there early and they took my car right away and was back in minutes. No hassles and I was out of there. Really fine crew at ferman mini.

I’ve been with Ferman Mini Cooper Dealership in Palm Harbor since 2005. Always operate with excellence and putting the customers first! The Service staff- Darlene and her Manager were exceptionally nice in a time of emergency. Very much appreciated!

"Extended maintenance warranty "

I went in to get a tuneup in June 2016 and when they pulled the boots off my spark plugs they broke it and told me I had to pay for it almost $300 . I told them I did not want that fixed and they put it back when I got back in my car it did not work the same way I brought it in and they would not do anything about it and let me drive off the lot . They never told me I needed my brakes changed or my wipers changed they waited until the warranty ran out and then told me it's out of warranty . Worst service I've ever had I will never go back there again .
