I have purchased two Volvos from this dealership and will continue to do business with them because of their excellent customer service. They go above and beyond. When I bought my first Volvo from Ferman the continue to do business with them because of their excellent customer service. They go above and beyond. When I bought my first Volvo from Ferman they had to call around and find the car I wanted. When I purchased my XC40 in 2019 they were brand new and Ferman ordered the exact car I wanted from the manufacturer. I always get my car serviced at the dealership.The two service reps are very friendly and knowledgeable. They make sure I have a loaner car so I dont have to take time off work. All in all I am very happy with Ferman Volvo. More

Sharon made sure my mechanical need was immediately met and then let me know that no charge would be needed as the tire repair was still under warrant. I then called to learn how the tire notice on my dash and then let me know that no charge would be needed as the tire repair was still under warrant. I then called to learn how the tire notice on my dash could be undone, recalculated and taken off the dashboard notice. Well done. More
