They are horrible. Leave you stranded, dont honor warranty work. I know it seems wonderful when you buy, but if you have a problem. My experience was great with the sales Personnel. Finance person was great. I enjoyed the no pressure sales approach. The price was pretty competitive. The not so good was the detail. The driver seat and arm rest had ground in dirt. However, it cleans off with chemical. And I paid for the paint and interior protection. And there were areas of the dash were there was no protectant used. This is visible because the protect leaves a light visible film. I guess you can call it patches of non treatment. The rest of the truck resembles the same application. And I had asked before the treatment application if the truck would be prepped. The answer was “yes”. Along with the sap spots I had asked about. I was told they have chemicals to remove the sap. They are still there and now sealed in. And lastly If your buying used and you see the ad online. Make sure you get all that is pictured with the truck. Mine pictured had a tonneau and I didn’t end up with it. I had inquired and was told it was due to “safety”. 🤷♂️ I love my gently used Ford F-150. More
