Always a Pleasure i recently moved from Maine to Arkansas, but i frequently travel to Florida. i've been dealing with Ferman for about four or five years. the staff, n i recently moved from Maine to Arkansas, but i frequently travel to Florida. i've been dealing with Ferman for about four or five years. the staff, namely Matt and Sharon, are always so friendly and welcoming. now, whenever I'm in Florida, my plans always include a trip to Ferman for either my maintenance service or any other problems i might have with my car. they are honest, knowledgeable they take good care of my 'baby' - not to mention they have great coffee and snacks while i wait. It's so refreshing to deal with such a customer-oriented company. Keep up the great work. More

Terrific Customer Serivce Sharon and Matt are ALWAYS there to help. Normal service maintenance on two Volvo's, 2011 XC90 and 2008 C70. My Volvo's run like they're new. Both Sharon and Matt are ALWAYS there to help. Normal service maintenance on two Volvo's, 2011 XC90 and 2008 C70. My Volvo's run like they're new. Both vehicles have over 150k miles and I don't plan on parting with either unless my better half gets to looking at new XC90's. Great dealership. Greater quality automobiles that last. More
