The usual, delightful service representative was no longer there. While the new person (Sean) was helpful, it just wasn’t the same positive experience. I’ve been going there for years and always got longer there. While the new person (Sean) was helpful, it just wasn’t the same positive experience. I’ve been going there for years and always got a car wash, not this time, this time I was told that I would have to wait for over 40 minutes…I left without the usual car wash. I never paid an extra price for using a visa, this time, out of the blue, I was told there was a fee (almost $7.00). No longer pleased with this place and will not return. More
