The Service Team Rocks while I did have to make three visits before the interior top was fixed to perfection, that was not the service departments fault. Corporate Volvo ha while I did have to make three visits before the interior top was fixed to perfection, that was not the service departments fault. Corporate Volvo had to approve the replacement as it was under warranty and very expensive. But, this happens no matter what car you buy. Matt, my service advisor is simply wonderful and felt bad that I had to come back. His empathy was genuine and welcomed. He is a treasure, making sure he explained to me what was being done to rectify the situation. Anytime I visit the service department for normal maintenance, my car is returned to me in a reasonable amount of time, and always much cleaner then when I brought it in. More

I was leaving on vacation when I had a hard time getting my car out of Park. I called and got Jim Connor in service. He knew what to do to get my car out of Park so I could drive it. I wouldn't take the car anywhere else. The Body Shop has worked on a number of the cars as well. Living in Florida is a dangerous place to drive. Four of our vehicles have undergone different levels of damage and the guys in the body shop have made the repair process easy, from dealing with the insurance companies to getting the car out the door in brand new condition.
