The only thing I would recommend is that you educate your schedulers on how long the typical every 10k mile service checks will be. It is hard to know if I will be able to wait or not when I have no idea ho schedulers on how long the typical every 10k mile service checks will be. It is hard to know if I will be able to wait or not when I have no idea how long it will take. When I schedule the appointments, they never have an answer to how long the service call should be.
