My last visit was related to a tire issue. I purchase tire and rim warranty/insurance at purchase. Without any attempt to make a claim under it I was told it would not be covered and it was my I purchase tire and rim warranty/insurance at purchase. After I insisted that a claim be made, it was and guess what… it was covered. I feel like there was an attempt to take advantage of me in this situation. More

Matt has absolutely no idea what customer service is . . I brought my XC90 in to have windshield replaced at 9:40am Matt told me car would be ready end of day.
