Service & Parts Departments: I was greeted by the Service Advisor upon arrival. She was attentive as to the concerns with my vehicle and it was promptly moved into the service bay. The Service Advisor was professional, kept me informed of work progression and upon completion, explained the work performed. It was a very positive experience getting my vehicle serviced. On the same visit, I required a replacement part. The gentlemen at the parts counter was also professional and knowledgeable. Obtaining the part was haste free and quick. As a first-time customerI wish to commend the staff for creating such a positive experience. I will return for future service. More
