Even though I live in Houston, I came up on a Saturday afternoon to see an F430 I was specifically searching for. Larry in the service department is incredible. I worked with him before on another vehicle. I have never encountered a more helpful and effective car service department under any brand and Larry is a major reason for that. They also made my father and I feel very welcome by showing us the coffee/drink bar and their lounge area with very nice leather couches and a big screen TV. I was actually a little disappointed when they told me the vehicle was ready as I was enjoying myself just hanging out. I have to say that is a first for me, wanting to stay LONGER for a service visit. More

I came to Steve looking for some help getting an aftermarket suspension installed on my car. We reviewed the work to be done, and while we wrapped up the details my coutesy driver was waiting for me. The driver was friendly and engaging, and got me back to my house safely. Later the same day I was informed my car was ready on time. Check out was easy, and my car was returned to me complete, clean, and in the same condition I left it. All in all the visit was a very positive one, and I look forward to calling on Steve and his team in the future for my service needs. More
