I was viewing the Ferrari I wanted online and was subsequently contacted by Charles Saghbini the General Sales Manager of the dealership. We discussed the vehicle and set up an appointment for me to see the Ferrari. After explaining that I would be traveling by plane from New York, Charles graciously offered to have me picked up at the airport. Upon arriving at the dealership I was greeted by Charles who then introduced me to Lanel Delgado, my very capable sales representative. I found Lanel to be a dedicated professional. Lanel was with me throughout the entire process. One praise in a list of praises too long to mention, Lanel availed himself to me on his days off. He provided his cell phone number and answered my calls promptly with his ever-pleasant manner and provided helpful answers to my questions.
