I contacted the dealer online one evening and within minutes Lanel Delgado emailed me asking me a few questions and starting working on my deal. The next day we had agreed on all of the terms and 2 days later I had my car. Lanel was extremely helpful and professional and most of all down to earth. Not what I'd expect from a elite leveled automobile sales professional, but he was great. Tametha guided us through the entire finance portion and it was one of the fastest, easiest and most painless experiences I have had.
