Unethical business practice, I asked for an estimate for my service, Luis told me it was 1849 plus tax. When I received the bill the via email it was approx over $2700. I called Luis and reminded him that my service, Luis told me it was 1849 plus tax. When I received the bill the via email it was approx over $2700. I called Luis and reminded him that wasn’t the price he quoted me. All he did to was add a promotion code that reduced my bill by $200. I paid over $2500 For the service. Lesson learned, get a written estimate as required by law and not to service my car at Maserati of Fort Lauderdale ever again. He’s a very personable guy however his business practices are highly dishonest and unethical. More
