I have oil dripping from my car and staining my driveway since my service last week. I am extremely displeased. I now have to take a day to get car back to dealer to correct the problem (I live a good dis since my service last week. I am extremely displeased. I now have to take a day to get car back to dealer to correct the problem (I live a good distance from the dealership). I need to get this corrected and I will hopefully get a loaner vehicle while you correct the problem, and some other form of compensation for my loss of time and the work required to remove the stains from my driveway. I will be happy to re-rate your service center after this issue is resolved. More

i brought my vehicle for a warranty repair and got a loaner vehicle provided by the dealership. the repair was completed, though my tire deflated. a few days later i find out that no one paid the toll o loaner vehicle provided by the dealership. the repair was completed, though my tire deflated. a few days later i find out that no one paid the toll on the loaner, passing the bill onto me, which no one told me, otherwise i would have provided my own toll transponder as one was in the vehicle i dropped off. remember the deflated tire? i brought the car in with a repaired tire, it wasn’t til after they started messing with the plug on it that the plug didn’t work anymore - they wanted me to replace it with them, i would not, so i anticipate that’s why my intact tire was no longer intact after i left. since it was tampered with, i was forced to replace the tire two days after picking up the car from warranty repair. now i have a toll bill to go with my unexpected tire cost. thanks.
