Service representative was professional and courteous. The reason for the low score for this Alfa Romeo service visit is that he said that a tire rotation was included and performed as part of the service The reason for the low score for this Alfa Romeo service visit is that he said that a tire rotation was included and performed as part of the service. Upon retuning to pick up the car, I noticed that it was NOT done since one of the front wheels had a scratch in the rim and it was still in the same place (not rotated). The service agent offered to fix it but I would have to return. This is obviously not convenient (having to return again and wait for the rotations to be done), but more troubling for me is the fact that I was informed that the tire rotation had been done and written on the invoiced as such. Had I not caught it, it would have been another ~10,000 miles/12 months before the next tire rotation. I wonder, was everything shown on the service invoice actually done...? The service was completed on Nov 30. I received a call from someone at the dealership asking how my experience was on Monday Dec 4. I provided the same info as above, and was told that the service manager would be calling me back. I decided to provide this feedback on Wed Dec 6 since I did not receive a call from the service manager. A note of appreciation to David Weber (sales mngt and with whom I had an excellent purchase experience of this vehicle) who stepped up and asked the service agent to provide the valet drop off of my car the next day (after they performed the tire rotation) which helped mitigate the hassle of this experience. More
