I brought my Stelvio in for 20000 mi service and to have a malfunctioning turn signal cluster repaired. Nearly 2 weeks and $1000 later, I’m told the turn signal malfunction is because I’m not using it prope a malfunctioning turn signal cluster repaired. Nearly 2 weeks and $1000 later, I’m told the turn signal malfunction is because I’m not using it properly, yet I’ve had at least 3 other people who have driven the car tell me about the problem. The turn signal does not disengage when changing lanes. When making full turns it’s fine. It should have been replaced yet the dealer refused to do so. This is a recurring problem that was repaired previously but now I am thinking there may be a defect in the cluster itself. More

Have generally had a good experience, but in last service appt the service agent did not address two service issues requested when the car was dropped off and as a result I ended up waiting 2 hours plus at p appt the service agent did not address two service issues requested when the car was dropped off and as a result I ended up waiting 2 hours plus at pick up while they took care of the issues.
