Simple, professional and pleasant I came to this dealership with the expectation that like most of the used car market, my potential purchase would have issues; both cosmetic and mecha I came to this dealership with the expectation that like most of the used car market, my potential purchase would have issues; both cosmetic and mechanical. You could not expect an 11 year old car to be in perfect shape. Well When I arrived, I was greated by Mirsonia. She walked me and my girlfriend over to the car and I was amazed at the condition of the vehicle. I think it had 2 rock chips on the entire car, basically a show room perfect car with 29k miles, which seemed impossible to find. I still was in disbelief and requested it be brought into the sun. Once it was pulled out, it shinned even more. At this time, I had looked at 5 previous cars all in that price range and none could even compare to the quality of this vehicle. You will read companies stating "great condition" and "very clean". Those terms fall greatly short after comparing to the cars this dealership is offering. All the vehicles are parked indoors: Some in the used showroom, others in the main show room, but all in an air conditioned environment. Overall, I can say that without a doubt, if you are an out of town shopper and are concerned with buying a vehicle before seeing it in person, I highly recommend Ferrari of San Francisco; you won't be disappointed in the quality of any vehicle they have. When it came to that "you should expect this or that" aspect of buying the car, all of my expectations were meet. Again, I was greated by Mirsonia who brought us coffees and waters. She showed me all the paper work, repairs and service the vehicle had had over all of its ownership. Mirsonia was nice enough to take my girlfriend for a ride while I looked at the records then came back and we did a short drive around the area. Any question I had from that point on was usually by email, and Mirsonia was very quick to respond to them. There are no secrets here, I asked for records and I was given them, I asked to speak with a technician and was promptly directed to one who took 20 minutes explaining the car and the way items worked so I would have a better understanding. When it came to finally purchasing the vehicle, Mirsonia overnighted the documents, I sent them back and the next day found a very reasonably priced transport company to deliver the car the following day. Even after delivering the vehicle, my girlfriend noticed a small chip and she contacted Mirsonia who ordered touch up paint almost immediately to be sent to me. Overall, this was by far the best dealership experience I've ever had. The facility is very clean and professional looking, the buying process is very simple and staff are very pleasant to work with.
