Very poor and useless Very poor service starting from customer service who messed up my appointment that I made 10 days earlier and made it one day earlier than what I aske Very poor service starting from customer service who messed up my appointment that I made 10 days earlier and made it one day earlier than what I asked to the service department who took my car kept it overnight and still tell me. Sorry we didn't get to it on the next day because my guys are staying only till 4:30 on a weekday. I really don't care what time they leave, they wasted my valuable time and I ended up getting my car the next day with absolutely nothing resolved. What a waste of time! Absolutely ridiculous! Don't even think about using their service department. More

Greatfulheart stopped in today on my way home from work, and was greeted by a gentleman named Ernest Howe. I told him that I would be turning in my 2nd Soul (for a stopped in today on my way home from work, and was greeted by a gentleman named Ernest Howe. I told him that I would be turning in my 2nd Soul (for a potential 3rd) if the price was in my comfort zone. He worked with his sales managers pretty closely, and was able to hammer out a deal. Ernest first transaction happened tonight. He's new & has a lot to learn- but he's courteous & showed his coworkers that he's eager to learn the ropes.
