Easy, low pressure buying experience I had a very positive experience with Tony Catalano and Fette Kia as I leased a new Kia Forte. Tony was knowledgeable, helpful, low key, and all around very pleasant to deal with. No hard sell. Honest thoughts and insights on the car. I would refer anyone to him without hesitation. Perhaps it helped that I was well informed going in, but I never felt any hint of the sorts of games one can encounter at some dealerships. Yes, there was the usual attempts to sell additional coverage by the finance manager, but that is par for the course, and I was never pressured in any way. The dealership as whole is comfortable and clean. My only complaint, and I believe this is also a fairly standard part of the process, is that it took quite a while from reaching an agreement to getting out of there. I also want to note that in previous visits to this dealership I have been descended on by salespeople out in the parking lot even as I'm parking, which I find a huge turnoff, but that was not the case this time, and Tony exhibited none of that shark mentality. More
