Solid Customer Service and trust worthy team I went to Fette Kia knowing what car I was looking for (Kia Optima). Since I already test drove the car, we were able to get right to the price where Nick and Keith provided support to fit my needs. I initially didn't think we'd get to an agreement, but they figured out how to get the sale so Kudos to them. The paperwork process was also easy (hard to imagine at a car dealership) and Anthony made me feel very comfortable. He wasn't pushy at all and gave me time to review each document according to the speed I wanted. All in all, a really good dealership that didn't just sell a car, but sold their customer service and desire to win business for the long term. I'd recommend these guys to others I know. More

She was absolutely willing to walk us step by step through all our questions. She was helpful, polite, and very friendly. She was persistent as well, in fact, our entire duration at the dealer was roughly six hours, and she was there every minute. I left with my brand new 2014 Ford Escape, and i couldn't be happier.
